You've obviously read about Superfoods- well I have a Miracle food. My Miracle food tastes delicious, takes more calories to burn than it does to eat it and is so versatile it's ridiculous.
I won't say much more because I'm sure my peeps are sick of hearing about them but during the week, these are my saviour. No carbs, no sugar, no gluten, no fat. But the thing that is most important is that they keep my blood sugar from tripping out during the week so I am not one of those girls who would kill their grandmother for a piece of chocolate cake around the 3pm mark. I'm a bitch normally so add that to an insatiable desire for sweet things and it's a recipe for disaster...
